Returns & Refunds

Salt & Stone Bakery sells downloadable PDF recipe books. No physical products are shipped.

Once download access has been provided, purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

If you experience a missing download, damaged file, incorrect file, or duplicate charge, please contact us through our website’s Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll help restore access, provide the correct file, or review an appropriate refund if we cannot resolve the problem.

Please review product descriptions before purchasing. Volume 2 includes all recipes from Volume 1. Each bundle includes the two volumes listed in its description.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
